1. Registered Member Service
We offer you the opportunity to register as a member through your “Shangma” account. To register as a member and use our member services, you will need to provide your cell phone number, your proposed member name and password, your gender, and your age to create an account with “Shangma”.
For services that require an account with “Shangma”, we may verify your membership status based on the information you provide above to ensure that we are providing the services to you.
2. Authorized Login
We may share your account information (including your avatar, nickname, and other information presented) with third parties with your consent so that you can conveniently register or log in to the third party account. In addition, we may obtain your third party account information from a third party with your authorization and tie it to your “Shangma” account so that you can log in and use our products and/or services directly through the third party account. We will use your information within the scope of your authorization and consent.
(ii) Provide you with event registration services
In the course of providing you with race entry services, we need to collect and store the following information about you:

1. The permission to use the camera: we will apply to you for permission to use the camera on the relevant pages such as taking photos for profile and feedback.
2. The access and upload permissions of pictures/videos in the album (picture library, video library): we will apply to you for access permission of pictures/videos in the album (picture library/video library). You can enable this permission and upload your photos/pictures/videos to use profile setting, opinion feedback, certificate production and other functions.
3. The permission to use the storage: after you enable this permission, we will read or write necessary information such as pictures, files, crash logs, etc. in your device storage space.
4. The permission to use notification: after you enable this permission, we will push you more relevant information through the APP, such as event information, registration information, weather information and other related functions.
5. The permission to access geographic location: By obtaining your geographic location information through network location information, you can authorize to turn on the device positioning function and use the related services we provide based on the location, of course, you can also stop our collection of your geographic location information at any time by turning off the positioning function. When you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information, but also can no longer provide you with the services corresponding to the above.
6. System health data permission: Through the collection and confirmation of height, weight, heart rate related information, we help you better exercise; if you refuse to provide, it will only prevent you from using this function, but does not affect your normal use of other functions of the “Shangma”. Meanwhile, you can cancel the authorization at any time through the relevant function settings. However, after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect such information, but also can no longer provide you with the services corresponding to the above.
(iv) Help you with order placement and order management
When you order specific goods and/or services from our products and/or services, we will generate an order for you to purchase such goods and/or services through our system. 1. If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information.

5. We are the exclusive developer, maintainer and operator of “Shangma”. The ownership of the “Shangma” account belongs to us, and you only enjoy the right to use the account after completing the registration procedure. we find or have reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account, and have the right to cancel the account, without having to bear legal responsibility to the user of the registered account.
